We are pleased to invite you to our next conference on the pre-contractual period and its pitfalls to avoid.
The conference will be introduced by Philippe Buerch, Chairman of Clarelis, and moderated by Antoine Desnuelle and Ghislain Hermet, Associated Notaries. A time will be reserved for questions and answers.
The notary's duty is to ensure that the parties, by means of a promise or a compromise, have some security in the completion of their real estate transaction. However, this sealing of the agreement of wills is preceded by an intense period of research, negotiation and discussion, with many pitfalls. These difficulties and their anticipation will be discussed at our autumn conference.
